Description

Broad-spectrum nematicide dewormer for puppies and young dogs.
Drontal puppy is a broad-spectrum nematicidal suspension, containing an association of two active ingredients, Febantel and pyrantel embonate.
This formulation has the following benefits:

2 Great efficacy, due to the synergistic action between febantel and pyrantel.

Drontal puppy has a broad spectrum of nematicidal action that attacks infestations caused by the main species of canine worms due to the synergistic effect of the two active ingredients. The action spectrum includes the main nematodes of greatest importance in canine puppies
Roundworms: Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina Hookworms: Ancylostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala
Whiptails: Trichuris vulpis

Drontal puppy is administered in a single dose (they are not
several days of treatment required).
The suspension is applied orally directly into the mouth of the patient.
puppy with a graduated syringe or on the food.
It is not necessary to implement special dietary measures,
or restrict food before or after treatment.
Administer 1 ml for each kg of body weight, via
oral.
Indications
Drontal puppy is indicated for the treatment of intestinal worms in puppies and young dogs of all breeds, both male and female.
It is recommended to implement a strategic deworming program starting at 2 weeks of age. An adequate deworming program is carried out by administering a treatment every 15 days from 2 weeks of age and up to 3 months, continuing with a monthly treatment from 3 to 6 months and repeating the deworming every three months.
NO side or adverse effects have been found with Drontal puppy treatments.
It is recommended that Drontal puppy not be co-administered with piperazine compounds as efficacy may be reduced.
